The movie stars Peter O’Tool as Thomas Edward ‘T. E.’ Lawrence, Alec Guinness as Prince Faisal, Anthony Quinn as Auda abu Tayi, Jack Hawkins as General Allenby, Omar Sharif as Sherif Ali, Josè Ferrer as the Turkish Bay, Anthony Quayle as Harry Brighton and so on.

The movie shows the life and the experiences Lawrence gained during World War I and the film mostly focuses on his attacks on Aqaba and Damascus. Lawrence of Arabia is separated in two parts. Part one starts with a memorial service in London where the reporter tries to gain insight in the life of Lawrence who died in a motorcycle accident in 1935.

Lawrence of Arabia is considered one of the greatest and most influential films in the history of cinema which was nominated and received several awards. The movie was nominated for ten Academy Awards and it won seven awards out of the ten including the awards for Best Director, Best Sound Editing and Best Picture.

Lawrence of Arabia is an epic movie packed with beautiful scenes and remarkable performances. The movie got generally good reviews and feedbacks and it is definitely one of the must watch movie.
