Men in Black II is an American science fiction comedy movie that was released in 2002 and it was directed by Barry Sonnenfeld. Man in Black II is the second part of the movie Man in Black and then it was followed by a third movie Men in Black 3 which was released in 2012. The Man in Black movies are based on the Malibu / Marvel comic book series by Lowell Cunningham. The movie stars Will Smith as Agent J / James Darrell Edwards III, Tommy Lee Jones as Agent K / Kevin Brown, Rip Torn as Chief Zed, Lara Flynn Boyle as Serleena, Johnny Knoxville as Scrad & Charlie, Scrad’s second head, Rosario Dawson as Laura Vasquez, Tony Shalhoub as Jack Jeebs, Patrick Warburton as Agent T and so on.
In the movie Men in Black II Agent J has to bring back Agent K from retirement to save the world from the evil Serleena. Serleena comes to Earth to look for the Light of Zartha which is the source of a great power that can destroy the entire planet. Agent J and Agent K do not have much time to find the Light of Zartha before it is too late.
Men in Black II got generally mixed reviews and feedbacks from the critics who highly praised the humour and the acting in the movie however critics did not like the predictable and repetitive story line.
