I haven’t actually seen the Ben-Hur movie yet, but I hope I will get the chance to stream it soon. I loved the original film, and even though it is sad, it is also touching, and a story of hope. For that reason, I am very curious about the 2016 version of the movie. The critics have been very harsh on the movie, and for that reason, it only has a 25% score on Rotten Tomatoes. The audience is more grateful, and they have given the movie a score around 50%. At the IMDb, the movie has a 5,1/10 score, making it a pretty average movie.
I haven’t seen it myself yet, and for that reason, it is hard for me to give the movie a score, but if I get to stream it on Amazon Prime shortly, I will update the article or at least write a comment beneath sharing my thoughts on Ben-Hur.
