In the film Danny Collins we get to meet a guy whose life suddenly changes as he discovers a letter sent to him by John Lennon, 40 years earlier. This leads him to change lots of things in his life and almost to start his career over again.
The film was quite a success and it is based on a true story, though the facts have been altered quite a bit. The film has received quite good critics online and it has a 7,1/10 rating on IMDB and a 78% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
