Coming to Amazon Prime February 2019

February will be a month for those who want to be nostalgic and watch very old movies on Amazon Prime. There will be some great original content coming as well.

As I looked through the list of movies and TV series coming to Amazon Prime in February 2019, it really hit me that there are lots of movies here from the 1910s, 1920s, and the 1930s. In other words, February will be a month for those who want to watch old movies over again, or who want to watch old movies that were created decades before they were even born.

Personally, I look most forward to the brand new Amazon Original series named ABC Murders by Agatha Christie. Yet again we meet Hercule Poirot, but this time it isn’t David Suchet who plays the character, but John Malkovich. You can watch the trailer right here.

There are some other great series of movies coming to Amazon Prime in February 2019 as well. Fans of the Matrix movies will for sure enjoy the arrival of all three Matrix movies, while those in love with Wayne’s World, will enjoy both Mike Myers movies. The original Blues Brothers movie will also come, so there will be snacks for everyone… but, first of all to those in love with old movies!

The arrival of the third season of The Grand Tour will be a highlight for many fans of wonderful cars and high speeds. I know the expectations were very high before the first and the second season, and I guess lots of people are looking very much forward to the third season as well.

My personal favorite might be the new Amazon series Informer. It is an original BBC series, but it will now come to Amazon Prime. It tells the story of a guy that takes on the job as an informer, trying to get important information from terror cells and other criminal groups, for then to share the information with the cops.

Do you have a personal favorite coming to Amazon Prime in January 2019? I would love to hear your thoughts!

Coming to Amazon Prime December 2018

December is right around the corner, but what will Amazon Prime do to make the waiting for Christmas Eve to go faster? Unfortunately, not very much! But, there are some highlights on Amazon Prime in December 2018!

If you want a short video to show you the highlights of what’s coming to Amazon Prime in December 2018, take a look at the video beneath.

Worth noticing on Amazon Prime in December 2018

The biggest highlight of them all is the arrival of the second season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. The first season was a giant success, and it won both Emmy Awards and Golden Globe awards. The waiting time is soon over as the second season will come to Amazon Prime in the middle of December 2018.

The movie named Life Itself also looks promising. It is created by Dan Vogelman, the man behind the NBC series This Is Us. And based on the trailer, this movie seems to keep up on the same track. In other words, a family drama that will grab a hold of your heart and maybe your tear channel!

There is another Amazon Original series that will come in December 2018 named LOL: Last One Laughing. This is a show lead by Eugenio Derbez, whom you might remember from the movie Overboard. The show is a competition in which 10 comedians stay in the same room with one task… to remain serious. The comedians do their uttermost to make the other people laugh, and their own task is to remain serious. The last person to laugh is the winner!

New on Amazon Prime in November 2018

November might be a boring month, and kids can’t wait for December and Christmas to arrive. But, will there be any content coming to Amazon Prime that will cheer the kids up while waiting for Christmas in November 2018?

It might not be for kids, but a brand new Original Amazon series named Homecoming will be launched in November. It features Julia Roberts and is created by Sam Esneill (the guy behind Mr. Robot). Football fans can rejoice in quite a lot of matches that will be made available on Prime in November, but if you want to watch a great movie, then there isn’t such a wide selection.

New on Amazon Prime in October 2018

So, what is coming to Amazon Prime in October 2018 in the United States? If you are a fan of Amazon original content, this will be quite a good month with a combination of interesting movies and TV series showing up.

The most interesting movie coming to Amazon Prime in October 2018 is You Were Never Really There. I have written about the movie earlier, as I got to chance to watch it in the cinema. To be honest, it was a really boring cinema experience, but thanks to my nachos, I had a good time anyway. The movie is one of those strange movies hard to grasp, and not entertaining nor catching at all. If you like special movies, where the main characters having lots of troubles on their own, this might be something for you.

the romanoffs on amazon prime

Much more interesting is the third season of The Man In the High Castle, coming on October 5th. Lots of people have been waiting for this to arrive for a very long time, and now it is finally here.

Only a few days later, on October 11th, Mr. Robot season 3 will arrive. This is one of those series that I truly wanted to like and enjoy, but I had a very hard time actually enjoying it. That is strange, considering how I like hacking, Internet security, and the subjects covered in the TV series. But, somehow, Mr. Robot was just hard to like. I don’t know why…

Then, on October 12th, it is time for the premiere of a brand new Amazon series named The Romanoffs. This series tells the story about eight people who believe themselves to be direct descendants of the Russian royal family. How does it influence their lives? It will be interesting to see whether this will become a big hit or not!

Coming to Amazon Prime in July 2018

Are you bored and want to watch some great content on Amazon Prime in July 2018? Are you hoping for some big blockbusters to come? Forget about Amazon Prime, and go to the beach instead!

I write articles about movies coming to HBO Now, Hulu, and to American and Canadian Netflix each month. That gives me a fairly good chance to compare the different streaming platforms. Hulu and Amazon Prime are normally very similar, but Hulu gives you a constant stream of the best TV series, making it attractive, even if the movies added to the platform stinks.

If I had to pick one movie to watch at Amazon Prime in July 2018, it would probably be Snowden on July 8th. But, I do not really want to watch that movie either, so I guess I will watch a movie on Netflix or HBO Now instead.

What do you think? Have you found anything that you really want to watch on Amazon Prime in July 2018? I should probably mention that the final season of The Americans (season 6) will be added to Amazon Prime at the end of July 2018, so that will be a treat for fans. Except for that, boring!

Shutter Island (2009)
If You Give a Mouse a Cookie (Prime Original series), Season 1B

One of the most promising TV series coming to Amazon Prime in June 2018 is Suits, season 7. We have been waiting for a long time for this to arrive. Some people have already streamed it on Netflix, but if you haven’t seen Meghan Markle in the seventh season of Suits yet, now is your chance.

Shutter Island is a great movie, but it is “old news”. If you haven’t seen it yet, go ahead and stream it on June 26th, it is well worth the time. Besides that, June will be a boring month on Amazon Prime, so go ahead and stream the FIFA World Cup online instead!

Coming to Amazon Prime in May 2018

So, what are you going to stream on Amazon Prime in May 2018? Here is a complete list of movies coming to the streaming service in May.

Amazon is doing a great job adding movies to their streaming service. They also produce great movies themselves, but there is something wrong with me. I watched Manchester by the Sea, and I did not enjoy it at all. Then I watched The Dressmaker, and I found it to be boring. And yesterday I watched a brand new Amazon Original movie in the theater, You Were Never Really Here. And guess what, if Manchester by the Sea and The Dressmaker was boring, then this was a catastrophe. I was curious to check the score of the movie on Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb, and I wasn’t surprised for a second when I saw that it had great scores at both places. Joaquin Phoenix probably does a great job in his role, but this was too much of an art-movie, and a bit too complicated and philosophical to me.

You cannot stream You Were Never Really Here on Amazon yet. First, it will be shown in cinemas worldwide, and then in a couple of months, the movie will probably reach Amazon Prime as well.

But, if you take at the least beneath looking for inspiration and great movies, you will probably be disappointed. Amazon Prime will add the James Bond movies (for the 100th time), and the same is true about the Rocky movies. Besides that, there are not many great movies coming to the platform in April 2018. Take a look at the list yourself and make up your own opinion. I am not very enthusiastic!

Coming to Amazon Prime April 2018

The first quarter of 2018 is almost finished, and we are already preparing for the second quarter. What can we expect on Amazon Prime in April 2018? There are some goodies coming up!

I have not really streamed much of the Amazon original series Bosch, but if I had time, I would love to watch it. The fourth season will come to Amazon Prime in April and will have its premiere on April 13th. If you are a Bosch fan, mark this date. I have been streaming quite a lot of Vikings, and on April 24th the fifth season will be added to Amazon Prime. I know there are lots of Vikings fans out there, so if you have streamed the first four seasons and now look forward to the fifth, April is your month.

Are you looking for some great movies to stream on Amazon Prime in April 2018? There are some good, old movies being added, but if you look forward fantastic newcomers, there ain’t a lot to choose from. One of the most special movies in 2017, however, will be added to Amazon Prime. The Killing of a Sacred Deer is a very special movie that will cause your brain to work for several days just thinking about the movie. The movie has a 7,1/10 score at IMDb, while it has an 80% critics score at Rotten Tomatoes. The general audience was a bit more critical, and for that reason, the audience score at Rotten Tomatoes is only 64%.

What are you looking forward to on Amazon Prime in March 2018? I haven’t seen the first season of Sneaky Pete yet either, but I know it was a fantastic one. Except for that, I see no special goodies here, so I guess I will visit Netflix and watch some great content on Netflix instead.

I might watch content on Hulu instead, but the new content on Hulu is normally identical to the new content on Amazon Prime, which means I have no interest in that either. But, on Hulu I can watch new episodes of my favorite TV series continuously, and for that reason I use my Hulu subscription way more than my Amazon Prime subscription.
