I had never heard about Strike Back before I sat down looking through what TV series were available to me for free as a Prime member when I saw the Strike Back cover. It looked interesting and after watching the first two episodes of Strike Back I am addicted!
Now what is great with Strike Back is that this is action from the first till the last minute and it is probably the closest I have gotten to 24 without actually watching Jack Bauer himself. If you are a Prime member then you can watch the first two seasons of Strike Back online for free on Amazon.com (2×10 episodes). If you get that far then you will probably want to watch the third and fourth season as well, but at the moment these episodes are not included in the Prime subscription, so you will have to buy them separately on Amazon.com.
Strike Back season one is available in some Netflix regions, but that is all, meaning that you will do far better with your Prime subscription here than with a Netflix subscription. The only thing that is better than a Prime subscription when it comes to watching Strike Back online is a NOW TV Entertainment subscription (there you can see all four seasons of Strike Back), but since very few people actually have that, you should probably watch at least the first two seasons on Amazon.
If you did not know it then Strike Back is the TV series that meant a big breakthrough for two people who are currently having the main roles in two different NBC series. For Sullivan Stapleton Strike Back led the way into his role today as the leading FBI agent Keller in Blindspot while Philip Winchester used Strike Back as a jumping board onto his role as the “player” in the brand new NBC series called “The Player.”
